How to make Oats dosa

We all know the healthy benefits of Oats. It is a healthy grain which is rich in fiber, calcium and complex carbohydrates. In this blog, I want to share the recipe of how to make Oats dosa.

For this recipe, you can use the organic oats.

How to make Oats dosa

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats (grind to powder)
1/2 onion ( finely chopped onion)
2 green chilies finely chopped
Handful chopped cilantro
Salt according to your taste
Red chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds(ajwain)

Directions to cook

1. Take oat flour in a bowl
2. Add water to make a loose batter
3. Add salt, chilly powder, carom seeds, chopped onions, chopped chillies, and chopped cilantro in the bowl.
Make sure it is still loose paste.

Prepared Batter with all the ingredients

 

4. Spread ( like you spread dosa batter) on a warm flat griddle

5. Spray oil
6. Cook on both side until it turns light brown and crispy

Cook till it turns brown and crispy

Enjoy the Oats dosa warm with chutney and pickle.
