Bindi/Okra has lots of vitamins and minerals and helps reduce sugar as well.
1lbs okra(local grocery store) wash dry and chop round or sliced long.
1/8th cup oil
1/8th tsp ajwain
1/8th tsp fennel powder
1/8th tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
1/8th tsp tumeric powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp dhaniya powder
Salt to taste.
Directions
Heat oil in a non stick pan
Add ajwain
Add all spices in above measurements except amchur and fennel powder
Add chopped okra and cover and cook for sometime, open the cover turn and mix and cook for few minutes.
Add amchur and fennel powder and salt mix well.
Serve hot.
