Enjoy Healthy Breakfast with Avocados

Avocado salad is a good option for a Healthy Breakfast.

Avocado has many health benefits.

It contains high amount of potassium more than a banana.

It is high in fiber and helps in lowering cholesterol and triglycerides. Avocados are also rich in mono unsaturated fat.

Recipe of Avocado Salad or guacamole

1 Avocado (cut it in between and take the seed out. With the spoon take the flesh out)

½ Tomato diced

¼ onion diced

½ green chili cut in small pieces

Cilantro few leaves washed and chopped

½ lemon

Salt to taste

Crushed black pepper.

Directions.

Take the flesh of avocado and press and smooth it with fork

Add chopped onion, tomatoes, chilies, and cilantro. Squeeze lemon on the top.

Add salt and black pepper.

Mix well.

Enjoy with rye toast or, add handful of peanuts.

It will keep you full until the afternoon.

A very healthy,tasty and wholesome breakfast.
