Pineapple, Mango, Banana Smoothie
Pineapple has lots of health benefits. It has anti inflammatory properties, lots of minerals like potassium, manganese.
Preparation
Cut the whole pineapple into small cubes and freeze it in a freezer bag.
Mango, ½ mango peeled
Banana, 1/2( banana is high in potassium)
1 teaspoon chia seeds,
1 scoop of protein powder,
Directions:
blend the above ingredients in a blender on smoothie setting.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
Serve chilled.
