AM super bowl with chia seeds receipe
Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup light coconut milk
1 teaspoon coconut palm sugar
3 strawberries chopped
¼ cup blue berries
½ banana chopped
¼ cup granula with peacans and almonds
1 teaspoon raisins.
Directions:
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk and coconut palm sugar overnight.
Check for the desired consistency in the morning(thick consistency)
Add strawberries, blueberries, banana, raisins and granula on top
Serve with rye toast or multigrain toast.
