Kale,cucumber and celery smoothie

This smoothie gives you daily serving of greens and fiber and cleanse your body.
Preparation and ingredients
Kale: 2 big leaves of kale (kale provides excellent source of vitamin A, C and K
Cucumber: ½ English cucumber:(cucumbers hydrates, flush toxins out, supplies mineral like potassium and magnesium)
Celery: 2 sticks.(Celery is excellent source of antioxidants and good source of Vitamin K& C and B6
Green apple : half ( green apples reduces liver and digestives issues, lower cholesterol, decreses the chances of cancer)
Chia seeds: 1 teaspoon . ( chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, they are excellent source of fiber.help regulate insulin levels.
Lemon : ½ lemon juice.
1 scoop protein powder.
Directions:
Blend the above ingredients in a blender with ice and water.
